  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 large zucchini, diced
  • 13 cup pepperonchini bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 14 12 ounces diced tomatoes with diced chilies, undrained
  • 12 cup pitted black olives, chopped
  • 12 lb chicken breast, diced

Directions
