  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cups frozen corn
  • 12 cup garden salsa
  • 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
  • salt and pepper

    In a skillet on high heat melt butter and add corn.

    saute until cooked through (5 minutes).

    remove skillet from heat, add salsa and onions.
