- Bread - I use white.
- Noodles - about twice to three times as much as the bread.
- Butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook and drain the noodles.

2Cube or break up bread as for stuffing. I lightly toast mine first which help caramelize the sugar in the bread.

3Brown the bread in butter in a pot. You may have to add butter as it is absorbed

4Add the noodles to the bread and add milk, start small, to moisten the bread and cook to heat thoroughly, stirring often. You may have to add milk to keep it just on the moist side of dry.

5Add salt and pepper.
