- 1/2 cup sour cream, dip
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 (15 1/4 ounce) cans del monte Mexican-style corn
- 3/4 lb ground beef
- 1/4 chopped onion
- 2 cups finely shredded cheddar cheese
- seasoning, of your choice for meat

8Bake uncovered for 25 minutes at 375°F.
