  • 1/2 cup sour cream, dip
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 (15 1/4 ounce) cans del monte Mexican-style corn
  • 3/4 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 chopped onion
  • 2 cups finely shredded cheddar cheese
  • seasoning, of your choice for meat

    Bake uncovered for 25 minutes at 375°F.

    Take out of oven and sprinkle the finely shredded cheese.
