  • 1 (15 oz.) box cornbread mix
  • 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
  • 1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimientos, drained
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt

Directions

    In large bowl, combine all ingredients; blend well.

    Pour into greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.

    Bake, uncovered, in 425° oven, 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
