Ingredients
- 175 grams soft /melted butter
- 175 grams castor sugar or 6 Oz
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 175 grams flour or 6 Oz
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 1/2 cup confectioners sugar (icing sugar)
- 1 tsp vanilla flavour
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
Directions

1In a large bowl, place butter,sugar,beaten eggs,flour,baking powder.

2With electric mixer, beat well until all ingredients are thoroghly blended.

3Spoon the mixture into prepared cake tin.

4Bake for 25 mins.

5Cool for 10 mins.

6Frost it.

7Now for icing.

8In a bowl beat butter and cocoa together until combined

9Add milk & vanilla; beat until smooth.

10Gradually beat in confectioners sugar until desired consistency is achieved.

11Adjust with more milk or confectioners sugar if necessary.
