- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (15 oz.) can chili without beans
- 5 to 6 drops hot pepper sauce
- 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chili peppers
- 8 oz. (2 c.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 (4 1/4 oz.) can chopped ripe olives, drained
- 4 to 5 green onions, chopped
- plain taco chips and/or vegetable dippers (carrots, celery, broccoli and cauliflower)
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Spread cream cheese on bottom of 9-inch pie plate.

3Combine chili with hot pepper sauce.

4Spread over cream cheese.

5Sprinkle with chili peppers, shredded cheese, olives and onions, in order.

6Bake about 25 minutes.

7Serve with taco chips and/or vegetables.

8Makes 10 to 12 servings.
