Ingredients
- 1 (11 to 12 oz.) pkg. individually frozen fish
- 1 c. small shell macaroni
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 (1 1/4 oz.) pack taco seasoning mix
- 1 medium green pepper, cut in strips
- 1/4 (1 oz.) c. shredded Cheddar
Directions

1Have fish at room temperature for 20 minutes.

2Cook macaroni. Drain.

3Stir tomatoes, onion and taco seasoning together.

4Add macaroni and green pepper.

5Bring to a boil.

6Pour into a 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking pan.

7Fold fish to fit into pan.

8Spoon sauce over fish.

9Bake covered at 350° for 35 minutes.

10Uncover.
-
11Sprinkle on cheese.

12Bake 5 minutes.
