Fiesta Pie

Directions

   Beat eggs and milk with wire whisk in large bowl until well blended.

   Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

   Spoon into greased 9-inch microwavable pie plate.

   Cover loosely with wax paper.

   Microwave on HIGH 5 minutes.

   Stir to completely mix the center and outside edge; smooth top.

   Cover.

   Microwave an additional 4 minutes or until no longer moist in center.

   Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
