  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 c. salsa
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 5 medium potatoes (about 1 1/2 lb.), cooked and sliced (about 4 c.)

    In 10-inch skillet, combine soup, salsa and milk.

    Add potatoes, stirring gently to coat.

    Heat through, stirring occasionally.

    If desired, garnish with cherry tomatoes and fresh chives.
