Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 c. bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions (including tops)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
  • 1 small jar pimento, chopped
  • 1 small jar mushrooms, cut up
  • 1 1/2 c. raw long grain rice

Directions

    Saute the celery, green pepper and onion in butter until wilted.

    Mix with the remaining ingredients and pour into a large casserole dish.

    Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
