Ingredients

  • 8 oz. tub cream cheese with chives and onions
  • 1/4 c. chopped green chilies (1/2 of 4 oz. can)
  • 1/4 c. chopped black olives
  • 1/4 c. real bacon bits
  • 2 Tbsp. Mexican salsa
  • Sun-dried Tomato flat bread (see note below) or 8-inch flour tortillas

Directions

    Combine cream cheese, chilies, olives, bacon, and salsa.

    Mix well.

    Spread on ovals of flat bread and roll up jelly-roll fashion starting with the longer side.

    Refrigerate. When ready to plate, cut into 1/2 inch thick slices.
