- 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
- 4 yellow squash, sliced (do not peel)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. dried leaf thyme
- 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Directions

1In large skillet, melt butter; add onion and green pepper. Cook until tender.
