- 15 large Marshmallows
- 15 Digestive biscuits
- 150 ml Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 75 grams Desiccated Coconut
Directions

1Cut marshmallows with scissors, each one into 3 or 4 pieces and put in a mixing bowl.

2Crumble all 15 digestives, i prefer to do this by hand but an easier way is to place them in a bag and break them up with a rolling pin.

3Then add to mixing bowl

4Pour on top the 150ml condensed milk and mix into the marshmallows and digestives.

5You should now have a yummy moist dough ready to shape.

6Spoon mix out of bowl and onto a piece of tin foil, use the tin foil to shape it instead of your hands.

7This is best shaped into a long roll.

8Pour coconut onto a clean flat tray and transfer the long roll of dough onto the coconut rolling it around allowing coconut to stick.

9Coconut can also be sprinkled on

10Place in fridge to set for about 2 to 3 hours, then it's ready to cut and serve!
