  • 15 large Marshmallows
  • 15 Digestive biscuits
  • 150 ml Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 75 grams Desiccated Coconut

Directions

    Cut marshmallows with scissors, each one into 3 or 4 pieces and put in a mixing bowl.

    Crumble all 15 digestives, i prefer to do this by hand but an easier way is to place them in a bag and break them up with a rolling pin.

    Then add to mixing bowl

    Pour on top the 150ml condensed milk and mix into the marshmallows and digestives.

    You should now have a yummy moist dough ready to shape.

    Spoon mix out of bowl and onto a piece of tin foil, use the tin foil to shape it instead of your hands.

    This is best shaped into a long roll.

    Pour coconut onto a clean flat tray and transfer the long roll of dough onto the coconut rolling it around allowing coconut to stick.

    Place in fridge to set for about 2 to 3 hours, then it's ready to cut and serve!
