  • 1 Tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened flaked coconut
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups quick-cooking oats, toasted
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Vegetable cooking spray
