- 6 c. figs
- 3 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Wash figs in warm soda water and rinse well.

2Cut ends off or peel, if preferred.

3Put water and sugar on to boil about 10 minutes.
-
4Put figs in and cook until syrupy, about 2 hours.

5Put in jars and seal.
