- 2 to 3 lb. calves liver
- 1 large onion
- flour
- sage leaves
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Cut liver into strips and set aside.

2Chop onion into medium pieces or you can slice.

3Saute onion in a frypan with oil and butter.

4Dip liver strips into flour; add to onion mixture in frypan.

5Should cook within 3 to 4 minutes.

6When liver is cooked, top with sage leaves and serve.
