- 1 cup butter or 1 cup margarine
- 1 (12 ounce) package Nestle semi-sweet chocolate chips

1Spread chopped nuts in a lightly greased 13 x 9 baking pan.

2Boil brown sugar and butter for 5 minutes.

3Pour this caramel mixture over nuts and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
