- 1 egg, beaten
- 14 cup milk
- 12 cup cracker crumb, finely crushed
- 14 cup onion, chopped
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup rice, cooked
- 2 tablespoons green peppers, chopped
- 12 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

1Combine the egg, milk, crumbs, onion, salt and pepper.

2Add beef, mix well.

3Put mixture into an 8x10 rectangle on waxed paper.

4Combine cooked rice, cheese and green pepper.

5Pat onto meat, leaving a 1 margin around the edge.

6Roll, jelly-roll style beginning with narrow side.

7Seal side seam and ends.

8Place roll seam side down and 11x7 baking pan.

9Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
