- 1/2 lb. Crisco
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 2/3 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- pie filling (your favorite)
Directions

1Mix Crisco and dry ingredients.

2Make a well in the center and add beaten eggs and orange juice.

3Mix well.

4Place small balls of dough in tea cake pans.

5Flatten out the dough in tins to form small tarts.

6Fill with pie filling (cherry or blueberry).

7Bake 20 minutes at 375°.

8Makes 48 to 50 tarts.
