- 16 oz. cream cheese
- 1 lb. butter or margarine
- 4 Tbsp. vanilla
- canned fruit filling (I use apricot or prune)
- 2 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Cream together cream cheese, butter and vanilla.

2Add flour. Mix well.

3Let set 1 hour in refrigerator.

4Roll in more flour to about 1/4 inch thick.

5Cut in 2-inch squares.

6Fill with desired filling.

7Fold two opposite corners together.

8Leave other two corners flat.

9Bake at 400° for 10 to 15 minutes, until lightly brown.

10Dust with powdered sugar.
