- 3 containers large mushrooms
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- horseradish to taste
Directions

1Clean mushrooms and remove stems from caps.

2Soften cream cheese to room temperature.

3Add sour cream and horseradish. Spoon mixture into caps to fill.

4Place on broiler pan.

5Broil until top of mushrooms turn light brown.
