- 1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 c. cold (tap) water
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O, any flavor
- 1 c. boiling water
Directions

1Dissolve gelatin in cold tap water.

2Add Jell-O and boiling water.

3Stir to dissolve.

4Pour into 9 x 12 x 2-inch pan. Refrigerate until jelled before putting on second layer, about 20 to 25 minutes.

5Make sure liquid is cool enough not to melt jelled layer.
