Directions

   Mix starch with enough cold water to make a smooth paste.

   Add boiling water slowly, stirring constantly.

   Cook until glossy over a low flame.

   Stir in dry soap flakes while still warm.

   When cool, add glycerine.

   Add paint.

   Store in fridge.

   Paint on wet paper.
