  • 1/2 lb. margarine or butter
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. almond extract
  • 2 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 egg whites
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 6 oz. pkg. Ghirardelli chocolate chips or 6 oz. pkg. Ghirardelli mint chocolate chips

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    Beat egg whites until foamy.

    Add sugar and beat until real stiff.

    Add Ghirardelli chocolate chips or mint chocolate chips.

    Stir and drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet.
