- 4 cups Sugar
- 2 ounces, fluid Tabasco, Or Your Favorite Hot Sauce

1Drain the pickles and brine into a large pot and add hot sauce and sugar.

2Stir every 15 minutes for 1 hour.

3NO NEED TO HEAT THIS just do it at room temp.

4Put the pickles back into their jars with some brine to cover.

5Store in fridge.
