  • 2 whole Vidalia Onions, Sliced And Rings Separated
  • 6 whole Tomatoes, Quartered
  • 1 whole Green Bell Pepper, Sliced Into Strips
  • 3/4 cups White Vinegar
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Celery Seed
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Mustard Seed
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 3/4 cups Water
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper

    Place onions, tomatoes and pepper in a shallow dish. Bring remaining ingredients to a boil in a saucepan and cook for one minute. While hot, pour dressing over vegetables. Cover dish and refrigerate for several hours. Keeps in refrigerator for several days.
