Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 c. cornflakes, crushed
- 1/2 can evaporated milk
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onions
- 1/4 c. chili sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce (optional)
Directions

1In a 2-quart bowl, combine ground beef, cornflakes, evaporated milk, onions, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and hot pepper sauce; mix well.

2With wet hands, shape mixture into 16 meatballs.

3Place meatballs in an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

4Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 400° oven 20 minutes, or until lightly browned on the outside and cooked medium on the inside.

5Yields 4 to 6 servings.
