1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

Brown beef and onions, stirring until meat crumbles. In a saucepan, stir and heat soup, milk and chiles. Cut tortillas into 1 inch squares. In a baking dish, layer tortillas, cooked meat, soup mixture and grated cheese; repeat layers, topping with grated cheese. Bake at 325° for 20-30 minutes.
