  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground meat
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 can Ranch Style beans
  • 1 c. each: Ro-Tel and cream of mushroom soup
  • 6 corn tortillas, torn in fourths
  • 10 oz. Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses

Directions

    Brown meat, onion, cumin and chili powder; drain off fat.

    Put meat mixture in pan.

    Layer with the beans.

    Top with Ro-Tel and soup, then add the tortillas.

    Finish with cheeses.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
