- 1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
- 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can tomatoes (undrained)
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 (15 oz.) cans dark red kidney beans
- 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
- 4 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 2 (4 oz.) cans chili peppers (undrained)
- 8 cloves garlic, chopped
Directions

1Brown turkey; drain well.

2Put turkey in 5-quart pot.

3Add remaining ingredients in order given.

4Bring chili to a gentle boil.

5Reduce heat to low and simmer until done.
