  • 1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can tomatoes (undrained)
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 (15 oz.) cans dark red kidney beans
  • 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
  • 4 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 2 (4 oz.) cans chili peppers (undrained)
  • 8 cloves garlic, chopped

    Brown turkey; drain well.

    Put turkey in 5-quart pot.

    Add remaining ingredients in order given.

    Bring chili to a gentle boil.

    Reduce heat to low and simmer until done.
