  • 1 lb. bell pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1 (10 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 (16 oz.) can diced tomatoes and green chilies
  • 1 (16 oz.) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 small head cabbage, shredded
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Brown meat with onion, salt and bell pepper; drain.

    Add tomatoes, tomatoes with green chilies, soup, cabbage and 1 soup can of water.

    Cook slowly for 1 hour.
