- 4 lb. ground beef
- 2 c. diced pork chops or pork loin
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 small can tomatoes
- 1 large can tomato sauce
- 1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix (Italian style)
- 1 large can chopped mushrooms
- 1 (1 lb.) pkg. vermicelli
Directions

1Start cooking with tomato sauce.

2Add Ro-Tel, canned tomatoes and mushrooms.

3Brown ground beef and cook pork slowly until tender.

4Add the ground beef and pork to sauce.

5Saute onions and add to sauce.

6Add water to reach desired thickness.

7After sauce comes to a boil, reduce heat and cook 2 hours.

8About 30 minutes before serving, add cooked vermicelli (thin spaghetti) and package of spaghetti sauce mix.

9You may substitute chicken in place of pork or use both.
