Fireside Hamburger Pouches

   Pre-heat grill to medium-high heat.

   Combine salt and ground beef, and make into patties.

   Sprinkle a grill or steak seasoning on top of the patties if you like.

   Spray foil squares with non-stick spray.

   Layer the potato on the foil in an approximately 4 inch mound.

   I layer them with a little salt and pepper and olive oil, top with the hamburger patty and a slice of onion.

   Top with another square of sprayed foil and seal the edges.

   Make sure they are well sealed since the steam will do the cooking here.

   Place on the grill for 10-15 minutes depending on how you like your patty cooked.

    Remove packets from the fire and open carefully.

    Lay 2 slices of cheese in each packet and close it to allow the cheese to melt.

    They are also good with a little brush of BBQ sauce on the patty.
