  • 1 lb. fish fillet (snapper, grouper or haddock)
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. shrimp soup
  • 1/2 c. sour cream

Directions

    Marinate fish in lemon juice for 10 minutes. Mix butter, soup and sour cream. Pour over fish. Broil 10 minutes. Bake in 350° oven until it starts to bubble or turn brown. Serves 2.
