- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/2 c. sliced almonds
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 to 5 drops hot pepper sauce
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1Combine flour, seasoned salt and paprika.

2Roll fish in flour mixture and place in single layer in a well-greased baking dish. Drizzle 2 tablespoons melted butter over portions.

3Broil about 4 inches from heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
