  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs

    Brush fillets with mayonnaise.

    Mix cheese and crumbs.

    Roll fish in crumb mixture.

    Place in baking dish.
