  • 3 c. white cornmeal
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Cavender's Greek seasoning
  • 1 tsp. red pepper
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon pepper
  • 1 tsp. monosodium glutamate (m.s.g.)
  • 3/4 c. beer
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Louisiana hot sauce

    Drop fish into liquid ingredients, then roll in dry ingredients.
