- 1 bag steak fish ends
- instant potatoes for thickening
- 1 egg to every lb. of fish
- mayonnaise to taste
- mustard to taste
- onion to taste, diced
- seasoned salt
- Old Bay seasoning to taste
- oil for frying
Directions

1Boil fish ends.

2Cool and remove bone and skin.

3Prepare instant potatoes and set aside.

4Place fish in mixing bowl and add egg, parsley flakes, onion, mayonnaise, mustard, Old Bay and seasoned salt to taste.

5Add enough prepared instant potatoes to thicken.

6Mix all ingredients together and make cakes the size of your choice.

7Fry in oil until golden brown.
