  • 2 x 425g can tuna, drained
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 1 1/2 cups grated KRAFT* Cheddar Cheese
  • 3 medium potatoes, cooked and mashed Safeway 2 pkg For $5.00 thru 02/09
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 spring onions
  • breadcrumbs

Directions

    Combine tuna, egg yolks, cheese, potatoes, lemon juice and spring onions.

    Shape mixture into twelve fish cakes.

    Beat egg whites lightly, dip fish cakes into egg white and coat in breadcrumbs.

    Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

    Brush fish cakes with a little oil and grill on each side for 10 minutes or until brown.
