  • 1 1/2 lb. whitefish
  • 1/4 c. water
  • salt and pepper
  • onion flakes or celery seed
  • 1 roll Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 stick melted margarine
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

    Precook fish 10 minutes in water, salt, pepper and onion flakes or celery seed.
