- 1 fish
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg. McCormick sour cream
- 1 c. peas
- 1 medium onion
- buttered bread crumbs
Directions

1Saute onion in butter or margarine.

2Add flour and milk.

3Cook to thicken.

4To prepared sauce, add Cheddar cheese and prepared McCormick sour cream sauce.

5Parboil fish, cool, skin and debone, if necessary.

6Grease a casserole and put flaked fish into it with precooked peas.

7Pour sauce mixture over fish and peas.
-
8Bake 3/4 hour at 350° or until bubbly.

9Top with buttered bread crumbs.
