- 3 lb. scrod or haddock fillets
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1 Tbsp. + minced onion
- 1/2 Tbsp. + garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
Directions

1Place fish in greased or Pam-sprayed casserole.

2Bake, uncovered, in 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.

3While baking, saute onion and garlic in butter.

4Remove from heat and add Worcestershire sauce.

5Blend with crumbs.

6Drain the fish when cooked or put in another dish.

7Sprinkle crumb mixture over fish; bake 10 or 15 minutes or until turning brown.
