- 2 lb. fillet of haddock, rinsed
- 4 c. diced potatoes
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/4 to 1/5 lb. salt pork, cubed
Directions

1Fry out pork cubes until lightly browned.

2Remove cubes to paper towel.

3Fry onion in same pan without removing any liquid, until golden brown.

4Add small amount of water; add fish.

5Cook until fish is done.

6Cook potatoes in separate pan; drain almost all of the water and add cooked fish and onion to potatoes.

7Add pepper and milk.

8You may add salt if desired before serving.
