- 2 lb. cusk, haddock, cod or other fish
- 3 diced onions
- 4 c. diced raw potatoes (about 5)
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 3 c. milk
- 1/2 lb. margarine or butter
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. savory (optional)
- sprinkle of paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook onions and potatoes in a pan with 2 cups of water until almost cooked.

2Add fish and complete cooking.

3When fish flakes easily, add butter, salt, pepper, savory and all milks.

4Heat completely without boiling.

5Sprinkle with paprika (optional) and let set for 15 minutes.
