- 1/2 stick margarine or butter
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 large potatoes, diced
- 2 c. water
- 1 pkg. frozen haddock, thawed
- 1 can Niblets corn with liquid
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Saute onion in margarine until soft; add diced potatoes, water, basil, salt and pepper.

2Simmer 15 minutes.

3Add the thawed haddock; simmer until it flakes easily, about 15 to 20 minutes. Add corn and evaporated milk.

4Heat through (do not boil) and serve.
