- 2 lb. haddock
- 4 medium onions
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 whole cloves
- 1/4 c. (approximately) white wine
- 2 c. water
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 2 c. light cream
Directions

1Heat oven

4Put all ingredients except butter and cream in 9 x 13 x 2-inch glass dish.

5Put butter on top of vegetable and fish mixture;

6cover with tinfoil and bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Put vegetable fish mixture into crock-pot.

7Warm cream until just scalded;

8add to crock-pot.

9Set crock-pot on warm or low until ready to serve.
