Fish Chowder

Ingredients
- 2 lb. mild fish, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 onion, cut small
- 2 carrots, cut into small pieces
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 2 potatoes, cut into small pieces
- 1 pkg. frozen peas, rinsed well
- 4 sticks fresh celery, cut small
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans water
- 4 strips bacon
Directions

1Rinse fish well.

2Boil the fish for about 20 minutes and drain off all the water.

3Put the fish back into the pot and fill about 2/3 full.

4Add the vegetables.

5Cook until vegetables are done. Drain off most of the water, leaving about 1/2 full.

6Add the soup and water.

7Fry the bacon until crisp. Drain off excess fat. Break into small pieces and add to the chowder just before serving.
