- 1 lb. fresh whitefish (any mild variety)
- 1 large onion, sliced into bite size pieces
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- 3 Tbsp. parsley
- 2 cans sliced potatoes
- 1 bottle clam juice
- 3 Tbsp. butter (more, if needed)
- 3/4 lb. shredded cheese
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 large can tomatoes (with juice)
- salt and pepper
Directions

1In a large soup kettle/pan, saute onion 3 or more minutes. Add clam juice and juice from the potatoes.

2Add diced fish. Cook 15 minutes on medium-high until fish is mostly done. Add potatoes and turn heat down to medium-low.
