- 2 lb. fresh fish, cut bite size
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 3 large potatoes, cut bite size
- 2 qt. light cream or milk
- salt to taste
Directions

1Saute onions in margarine.

2Add potatoes and 1 cup water. Cover and simmer until almost cooked.

3Add fish and cream or milk. Cover and simmer.

4Do not boil.

5Salt to taste.

6Thicken lightly with mixture of flour, 1/2 teaspoon sugar and water.
